The Master Suite
The Master Suite is located on the second floor and includes a King size sleigh bed and sitting area with cable and wifi. En suite is a large private bath with soaking tub, shower with double heads, and double vanity. Enjoy our breakfast in the dining room downstairs and free parking. Adults only please.
Reservations- $240.00 US/per night + 16% tax. 2 adults max. No Pets.
The Birdnest
The Birdnest is our newest addition and is built to be like a treehouse. Located just behind and overlooking the goat pasture and goat house, The Birdnest has a large deck that is built around a large water oak. It has a king size bed, standing shower, and breakfast bar. Wifi and cable are included as well as breakfast in the main house and free parking
Reservations- $185.00 US/per night + 16% tax. 2 people max only. No Pets.
The Carriage House
Our one bedroom/one bath apartment was built over the three car garage to accommodate guest who would like a little more room, a private entrance, and a view of the goats. The bath, located in the living area, has a standing shower and pedestal sink. A separate bedroom has a king size bed and twin air mattresses are available in the main living area. Includes breakfast, wifi and cable, and kitchenette. Free Parking.
Children and pets allowed in this room for an additional charge.
Hog Heaven House
Hog Heaven House is featured on Airbnb and is perfect for a family with kids and pets. Located directly across the street, The Hog is a short walk to the main house and to the barnyard. This two bedroom and one bath has its own living and dining area with a separate kitchen. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other room has a king size. The bath is located in the hallway with a tub/shower combination. Cable and wifi are included as well as breakfast at the main house. Children and pets can be accommodated in this room for and additional charge.
Third Floor Suite
"The Three Tenors"
Third floor suite is located in the main house and is an attic space with lots of room. The suite includes a private bath with tub/shower combination. Located in the room is a queen size bed at one end of the room and two twins at the other end. Wifi and cable are located in the room and breakfast and parking is also included.
The Yellow Room
"The Maverick"
The Yellow Room is located on the second floor of the main house. Four poster queen bed with original heart pine flooring. It has an en suite bath with standing shower and door to the second floor balcony. Wifi and cable, breakfast and parking are included.
Reservations- $150.00 US/per night + 16% tax. Two people max, No Pets. Children over 12 yrs of age.
The Blue Room
"Minnie Pearl"
The Blue Room is located on the second floor across the hall from the master. It has a Queen Bed with wifi and cable. The private bath tub/shower combo is located in the hallway next to the room. Breakfast and free parking included.
Rooster Cottage
Rooster Cottage is a two bedroom/one bath house located on the next street. Easy to get to with a short walk and has its own parking at the house. It has a full kitchen, Laundry, tub/shower combo, wifi, cable and fenced in backyard. Breakfast is included at the main house. Children and pets can be accommodated in this room for and additional charge.
All rooms are non-smoking including covered porches. Smoking area is around fireplace at the pond or around grounds. Please dispose of tobacco products in the trash because you know goats eat anything!
